Leadership Competencies

The Amref Leadership Framework Model (ALF) is a tool to guide professional development at Amref. It provides a set of leadership competencies (specific skills and behaviors that contribute to superior performance) and framework for talent management that can be used across the entire organization.

Leading Self

•Demonstrated and in-depth understanding of Industry, Sector, business, commerce and finance. Incorporating these into leadership and decision making

•Set, evaluate, and align goals and incentives across stakeholders. Identify synergies and resolve tensions between goals.
