Criteria for Mentors Selection

Senior Executives and Managers with outstanding track record and potential: Our mentors are chosen from among senior executives and managers who have demonstrated exceptional performance and exhibit promising potential for future leadership roles.

 Inspiring leaders with great interpersonal skills: We seek mentors who embody the qualities of inspirational leadership, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills that enable them to connect with and motivate their mentees effectively.

Highly interested in the development of others: Our mentors are deeply committed to the growth and development of others, investing their time, energy, and expertise to help mentees succeed.

At the HQ, Countries or Business Units: Mentors may be situated at various organizational levels, including headquarters, country offices, or different business units.

 From any Function: We welcome mentors from all functions within the organization, recognizing that diversity of expertise and perspective enhances the mentorship experience.

Up to 2 Mentees per Mentor: To ensure that each mentee receives personalized attention and support, mentors are limited to a maximum of two mentees.
