Designated successor for at least 1 succession plan: Designation as a successor in a succession plan indicates that these individuals have been identified as capable leaders who possess the skills, competencies, and potential to step into critical roles

Have clear development gaps & strong interest in developing their career: Despite their high potential, these individuals recognize the importance of continuous learning and development.

High Risk of loss: The designation of high risk of loss suggests that these individuals are considered valuable assets to the organization, and there is a significant risk associated with their potential departure.

Time within Amref is more than 1 year: Having spent more than a year within Amref demonstrates a commitment to the organization and a familiarity with its culture, values, and operations.
